Terms of Service
1. High Gloss Detailing LLC ("the Company") is a mobile detailing and ceramic coating service provider and offers a variety of detailing services for vehicles.
2. By placing an order for services with the Company, you ("the Customer") agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
3. All services provided by the Company are final. The Company does not provide refunds for services that have already been rendered.
4. The Customer acknowledges that the Company is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items from their vehicle during detailing services. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to remove any valuables or personal items from their vehicle prior to the arrival of the Company.
5. The Company is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance, or any unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control.
6. Due to the sensitivity of modern vehicle electronics, The Company is not responsible for warning lights or electrical faults (including airbag/SRS systems) that appear during or after service, especially in vehicles with excessive dirt, moisture, pet hair, or prior contamination
7. The Customer agrees to provide accurate information regarding the make, model, and condition of their vehicle, in order to determine the appropriate detailing services required.
8. Payment Terms and Ongoing Card-on-File Authorization
Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless High Gloss Detailing LLC has agreed to different payment terms in writing.
By expressly accepting these Terms and this Card-on-File Authorization through the service approval or payment process, the Customer agrees that these Terms apply to the current appointment and future services they request. The Customer confirms they are the cardholder or an authorized user and authorizes High Gloss Detailing LLC, through its payment processor, to securely store their designated payment card and charge it as described below.
If payment has not been received by the Company’s communicated closing time on the day services are completed, High Gloss Detailing LLC will charge the designated card on file for the unpaid balance without requesting additional approval to process that payment. The final invoice and applicable payment deadline will be provided before the charge. If the invoice is sent after closing time, the deadline will be closing time on the next business day.
Each charge will be limited to the price of services the Customer approved, separately approved additions, and applicable taxes, less deposits or payments already received. A receipt will be provided after each charge.
This authorization covers the current appointment and future Customer-approved appointments until revoked. The Customer may revoke authorization for future card charges by contacting Andrew@hgdetail.com or 574-304-4762. Revocation does not cancel amounts owed; those amounts remain payable by another accepted method.
Material changes to this card authorization require renewed acceptance. Alternative payment arrangements must be agreed to in writing.
9. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any Customer for any reason.
10. The Customer acknowledges that the Company may take photographs or videos of their vehicle before, during, or after the detailing services to document the condition of the vehicle and the work performed by the Company. These photographs or videos may be used for promotional or marketing purposes by the Company.
11. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the services provided by the Company.
12. The terms and conditions set forth above constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company, and no other representation or statements made by either party shall be binding unless in writing and signed by both parties.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the services are provided. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that state or of the United States of America located therein.
14. The headings used in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of these terms and conditions.
15. High Gloss Detailing LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified terms and conditions on the Company's website. The Customer's continued use of the Company's services after such modifications shall constitute their acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

Appointment confirmations
Appointment reminders
Service updates
Quote follow-ups
Customer support communications

Message frequency will vary depending on customer interaction and service activity.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you send STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from High Gloss Detailing LLC unless you opt in again.
