1. High Gloss Detailing LLC ("the Company") is a mobile detailing and ceramic coating service provider and offers a variety of detailing services for vehicles.

2. By placing an order for services with the Company, you ("the Customer") agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

3. All services provided by the Company are final. The Company does not provide refunds for services that have already been rendered.

4. The Customer acknowledges that the Company is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items from their vehicle during detailing services. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to remove any valuables or personal items from their vehicle prior to the arrival of the Company.

5. The Company is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance, or any unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control.

6. The Customer agrees to provide accurate information regarding the make, model, and condition of their vehicle, in order to determine the appropriate detailing services required.

7. Any payment for services rendered by the Company must be made in full at the time of service.

8. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any Customer for any reason.

9. The Customer acknowledges that the Company may take photographs or videos of their vehicle before, during, or after the detailing services to document the condition of the vehicle and the work performed by the Company. These photographs or videos may be used for promotional or marketing purposes by the Company.

10. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the services provided by the Company.

11. The terms and conditions set forth above constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company, and no other representation or statements made by either party shall be binding unless in writing and signed by both parties.

12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the services are provided. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that state or of the United States of America located therein.

13. The headings used in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of these terms and conditions.

14. High Gloss Detailing LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified terms and conditions on the Company's website. The Customer's continued use of the Company's services after such modifications shall constitute their acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
